Ordering from the UK Mainland:
You will receive FREE Next Day delivery.
Orders below £20.00 will be sent with Royal Mail and orders over £20.00 will be sent with Yodel. Both will require a signature so please make sure someone is in to sign for your parcel.
Shipping charges are always applicable on Track accessories and charged at the standard rate of 75 track posts per box, 5 rolls of track tape per box.
Ordering from the Highlands, Isles or Northern Ireland:
Orders below £19.99 will be sent FREE of charge with Royal Mail. Orders between £20.00 and £100.00 will be charged £10 for 48 hour delivery with Yodel. Orders over £100.00 will receive FREE 48 hour delivery with Yodel.
Ordering from Europe:
ZONE 1 (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Channel Islands)
Orders below £200 will be charged £16.00 for 48 hour delivery with DPD.
ZONE 2 (Austria, Denmark Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain) 3-4 day delivery.
ZONE 3 (Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia Latvia, Lithuania) 4-5 day delivery.
Orders below £60.00 will be charged £15.00 for delivery with Royal Mail International.
Orders between £60.00 - £299.99 will be charged £28.00 for delivery with DPD.
Orders over £300 will receive FREE delivery with DPD.
Ordering from the rest of the World:
Orders below £89.99 will be charged £20.00 for delivery with Royal Mail International signed for.
Orders between £90.00 - £300 will be charged £40.00 for delivery with Royal Mail International signed for.
Orders between £300 - £500 will be charged £60.00 for delivery with Royal Mail International signed for.
Orders over £500 will receive FREE delivery for delivery with Royal Mail International signed for.
We aim to dispatch your parcel on the same day as we receive the order, in the event that we have any problems processing your order we will need to contact you so please add an up to date contact phone number to avoid delays.
Although we dispatch your order on the same day via a Next Day delivery service this service cannot be guaranteed. Once the parcel leaves our premises it’s in the hands of the delivery company.
You will automatically be emailed your tracking info so you can trace your order.
Please allow 48 hours before contacting us about missing parcels.
Any damaged goods must be reported immediately, by phone and within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
