Twelve years ago MD Racing Products became the sole UK importer of UFO Plast products. Since their beginning in 1977 UFO have grown to be recognised as the market leader in motocross, and in 2009 introduced a vintage range for the expanding classic motocross scene. With over 30 years experience UFO are known for their trademark high quality, with all body armours, back supports, neck supports, elbow guards, knee guards, and a line of clothing made in Italy.
For 2010 UFO have launched a ground breaking new range of helmets and boots.
The Warrior Helmet is one of the lightest on the market, but there is no compromise on quality, comfort, and protection. The aggressive and aerodynamic design combine with the complex ventilation system to provide one of the most advanced helmets available for off road competition.
The Hero Boot is also packed with innovative new features like the Hinge Brace System. The boot is waterproof and, at the same time, breathable, with an inside lining made of expanded rubber and Gel in the areas most subject to pressure. A major part of the MD Racing Products ethos is investing across the full spectrum of off road motorcycle sport. MD Racing Products started trading from the garden shed in 1983 importing motocross clothing from Sweden, and now operates from a 20,000 sq ft facility on the Lufton Trading Estate in Yeovil.
